Detailed Product Description

 

1. The whole power station is converted from a 20 feet (30 feet or 40 feet) container.

2. Soundproof gates on both sides, the exhaust outlet is fixed with industrial muffle.

3.Container sides and top are fixed with soundproof cotton and perforated metal plate.

4.The floor inside the container is laying with anti-skid plate.

5.The air inlet and the outlet are both equipped with sound proof devices.

6.All the material can bear the temperature from -30 till 80.

7.Iron shelter with zinc phosphate painting, super anti-corrosion. The surface is painted with white polyester paint, which makes it smoother and stronger, sufficiently protect the shelter from scouring by the rain.

8.All the screws are zincification with highly anti-corrosion capability.

9.Lubricant drain is led to the outside of the sound proof shelter.

10.Options for the cable room and cable support, which depends on the power range. Connecting with the load through the reserved hole for the use of cable connection, reasonable design with more security and reliability.

11.Lighting equipments are fixed inside the box, it facilitates the maintenance.

12.Highly efficient anti vibration structure stabilizes the genset's performance.

13.Built in silencer for the exhaust pipe ensures the safety of the stuff.

14.The gates is fixed with stainless steel lock, the operation of fuel refilling, battery fixing, installation, observation and maintenance can be performed through the gates, it also equipped with observation panel for the control frame.

15.Emergency shutting down button is fixed outside the box for the emergency stop purpose.

16.Options for the fire extinguishing system provides more security and reliability.

17.Manual oil pump facilitates the lubricant and fuel refilling process. Low noise level, economical and better for the environment.
